Position Overview

We’re seeking an Enterprise Integration Developer to build enterprise connectors between Certivo’s compliance platform and customer systems (SAP, Oracle JD Edwards, PTC Windchill). You’ll develop standardized API connectors that enable real-time product and BOM data synchronization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Connector Development (50%)

• Design and implement API connectors for enterprise systems
• Build real-time and batch synchronization capabilities
• Create data transformation pipelines
• Implement error handling and retry mechanisms

2. Integration Architecture (25%)

• Design scalable connector architectures
• Create deployment patterns for different environments
• Establish monitoring and alerting systems
• Document integration patterns

3. Customer Implementation (25%)

• Customize connectors for specific customer needs
• Support deployment in various environments
• Troubleshoot integration issues
• Train customer teams

Technical Requirements

1. Core Technologies:

• Node.js/TypeScript
• REST API development
• Enterprise integration patterns
• Git version control
• JAVA or .NET Development experience

2. Enterprise Systems Experience:

• SAP BAPI/RFC/REST APIs
• JD Edwards REST/SOAP interfaces
• Windchill REST APIs
• PLM system integration (Experience with one or more systems mentioned above is a big plus)

3. AWS Services Knowledge:

• Lambda
• SQS/SNS
• CloudWatch
• IAM

Deliverables Per Integration

1. Design Phase

• System interface documentation
• Data mapping specifications
• Security requirements doc

2. Development Phase

• Working connector code
• Unit and integration tests
• Configuration templates

3. Deployment Phase

• Deployment scripts
• Monitoring dashboard

• Knowledge transfer docs

Required Experience

• 5+ years in enterprise software integration
• Strong experience with API development
• Background in manufacturing/PLM systems is a plus
• Experience with product compliance data

Domain Knowledge Required

• BOM (Bill of Materials) structures
• Product lifecycle management
• Manufacturing processes
• Compliance frameworks (REACH, RoHS, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with compliance systems
• Understanding of material declarations
• Knowledge of substance regulations
• Familiarity with ISO standards

Project Management

• Work with 1-2 customer implementations simultaneously
• Manage technical requirements gathering
• Create and maintain project timelines
• Regular stakeholder communication

1. Connector delivery within 6-8 weeks per customer
2. Zero production data sync failures
3. 99.9% uptime for connections
4. Complete documentation and knowledge transfer
